HR Specialist II AMZ8176.8 (multiple positions available) Multiple Positions Available: 1. Lead and optimize the background check screening program for design, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across the network for designated business line(s). 2. Drive the strategy, vision, and roadmap, with a high degree of ownership over critical features and customer experience. 3. Design and implement short- and long-term solutions for complex business challenges, delivering results with limited guidance while optimizing procedures and processes 4. Oversee complex project implementations spanning compliance, customer experience, operational efficiency, and technical automation. 5. Develop and execute plans by communicating business and screening requirements, negotiating priorities, and defining success criteria across teams. 6. Evaluate potential vendors, assess their fit for organizational needs, write comprehensive proposals, secure leadership buy-in, and manage the onboarding process for new vendors to support business objectives. 7. Drive cross-team initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals and drive operational excellence. 8. Use strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to backup assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance program efficiency and service quality. 9. Present findings and recommendations to leadership up to three levels above, facilitating dialogue and fostering shared understanding. 10.
