As part of our HR Service Center team, you will be at the heart of employee support—fielding a high volume of inbound calls, written inquiries, and in-person interactions from a broad audience that includes faculty, staff, student employees, retirees, and prospective hires. Whether it is a quick question or a complex situation, you’ll be the first line of guidance, empathy, and resolution. This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities in a fast-paced call center environment. Our team operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM – offering a stable schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance. You’ll collaborate closely with a tight-knit group of professionals who support each other, share knowledge, and celebrate wins—big and small. We’re looking for two curious problem-solvers who thrive on learning and love helping others.
