About The Position

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
  • Proven ability to supervise recruitment operations and consistently meet hiring targets
  • Strong knowledge of caregiver and healthcare role requirements, compliance, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and ATS/CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Strong ethical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, functional hardware, and a dedicated home office setup

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end recruitment operations for multiple healthcare and operational roles
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing staffing demands
  • Supervise HR Specialists, assign tasks, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching and guidance
  • Conduct structured candidate screenings, validate credentials, and ensure compliance
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including documentation, onboarding, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate staffing needs and plan for future growth
  • Review recruitment pipelines, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure recruitment goals are met
