About The Position

Supports the mission, core values and customer service of Home Dialysis Services & Dialysis Care Center, LLC (HDS/DCC). Adheres to the HDS/DCC Policies and Procedures and Compliance Program including all state and federal regulatory requirements. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and act as the lead for the company’s recruiting function.

Requirements

  • BS degree is preferred
  • 2-5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in recruitment.
  • Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting; experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel a must.
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Must be productive & resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure all required documentation is in proper files per state and federal requirements
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently yet function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility.
  • Must maintain confidentiality of the information shared in the HR department.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the Open Positions and reporting weekly.
  • Maintain approved Job Requisitions and posting open positions.
  • Act as lead person for the applicant tracking system.
  • Act as lead person for the HR Onboarding process
  • Phone screen and/or interview viable candidates.
  • Set and confirm Interview with managers, including a calendar invitation & resume.
  • Follows up on feedback from managers and the candidate.
  • Makes Job offers after receiving approval from the Director of HR.
  • Email rejection letters to all who are not hired.
  • Complete all preemployment screenings of new hires and ensure that all results are appropriate and received before the candidate can start.
  • Creating a new employee file that includes but not limited to application, release form, I-9, all preemployment screening results, IDs, etc.
  • Utilizes New Hire Checklist for each file.
  • Maintain a list of new hires and communicate that to the Education department for purposes of monthly orientation.
  • Contact all new employees and managers to ensure attendance at the appropriate monthly orientation.
  • Communicate and transfer completed files to the Compensation and Benefit specialist.
  • Filing and file management based on state, federal and company requirements.
  • Participate in individual & group projects as assigned.
  • Other duties, as assigned
  • Responsible for supporting the values and customer service standards of HDS/DCC.
  • Accountable for outstanding customer service to all staff, clients and vendors
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
  • Initiates action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
