Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong decision-making ability and sound professional judgment
• Outstanding organization and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all HR matters

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of HR construction or trades industry recruiting experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and manage job ads on recruiting platforms
• Screen applicants and conduct pre-interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit
• Schedule and participate in candidate interviews
• Assist with new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process
• Support the HR team in recruiting, talent acquisition, and employee engagement efforts
• Monitor and improve recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate experience
• Stay up to date on best practices for recruiting, screening, hiring, and retention
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
