About The Position

The HR Generalist/Recruiter supports both talent acquisition and core human resources functions across the employee lifecycle. This role partners with the business to attract and onboard talent, provides day‑to-day HR support to employees, maintains accurate HR data, supports compliance with company policies, and contributes to HR reporting, metrics, and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years combined HR experience of related experience as a Human Resource Generalist, HR Coordinator, or Recruiter
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to relate information with clarity.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft platform and time and attendance systems, for the purposes of data entry and report creation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruiting including posting jobs, actively sourcing and screening candidates
  • Schedule and participate in interviews
  • Draft offer letters and assist in negotiations
  • Manage new hire process by coordinating pre-employment screening, new hire paperwork processing, and employee orientations and other recruitment duties
  • Support employee relations and respond to basic HR inquiries.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate leave programs and benefits support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepares reports to track employee relations, hiring, termination metrics and other HR KPIs
  • Support HR projects, as needed
  • Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/competencies
