The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for exempt and non exempt roles across multiple functions, with support from the HR Specialist. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the HR Business Partner to deliver timely, high quality hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proven full cycle Recruiter, not a coordinator, with demonstrated ownership of requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and directly related recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment and hiring compliance standards

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for professional and/or technical in a Corporate and/or Manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience in a corporate HR or TA team environment
  • Data driven recruiting and metrics reporting experience

Responsibilities

  • Own full cycle recruiting: job posting, intake meeting, sourcing, screening and interview scheduling
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Partner with HR Business Partner to understand the workforce plan and hiring priorities, as well as work with HR Business Partner and/or HR Business Leader on offer recommendations aligned with budget and market data
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and networking
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, culture fit, and compensation alignment
  • Manage candidate experience and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews and debriefs while driving timely hiring decisions
  • Prepare and extend offers
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
  • Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements
  • Other duties related to the role, as assigned
