About The Position
Responsible for recruiting and onboarding high quality candidates to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner. Assists with administering human resource projects including training, payroll, and benefits while ensuring accuracy, consistency and the integrity of the human resource department.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and use organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills using Word and Excel
Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers and ensure extraordinary customer service.
- Responsible for all recruiting functions including job descriptions, job postings, and screening/interviewing applicants.
- Makes recommendations to management regarding candidates.
- Assists with producing, maintaining and updating the training program content.
- Assists with payroll and benefit administration as needed.
- Ensure employment practices and policies are compliant with Federal, State, and Local Law.
- Maintains a safe, clean and healthy environment.
- Assists other departments as needed or assigned by supervisor.
- Complete specials projects and other duties as assigned.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
- Uphold the 7 guiding principles of the company
- Support goals and vision of CEO
- Consistently present a professional personal image and abide by the company’s uniform policy
- Maintain safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment
- Comply with all regulatory rules and regulations including HACCP, OSHA, Dept. of Labor, Weights and Measures and local food and sanitation laws.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
