Community Options is seeking a qualified individual to fill a dual-role position within the Human Resources Department and the Compliance-Training Division. This position encompasses responsibilities in both recruitment and training development, supporting the organization’s mission to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce. The Recruiter and Training Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of training programs that ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. In addition, this position will focus on recruitment initiatives to attract a diverse and talented pool of candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
