This position is responsible for providing day-to-day support and assistance to the employee population as part of the Human Resource Team, while ensuring optimum effectiveness and efficiency of HR programs, initiatives, and communication. Specific functional areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to Payroll, New Hire Onboarding and Orientation, Unemployment Compensation, Worker’s Compensation, Incident and EEO reporting and compliance, Rewards & Recognition.
