About The Position

Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Hiring Manage the full onboarding process, including Workday Hire and Onboarding completion before start date. Verify employee licenses via state websites and ensure all compliance documentation is complete. Coordinate same-day onboarding and benefit election deadlines. Compliance & Recordkeeping Conduct regular audits of I-9s, background checks, and legal/company checks. Maintain secure and organized personnel and confidential files, both physical and digital. Run Workday audits and ensure accurate document uploads. HR Systems & Support Provide day-to-day support in HRIS system (Workday), including troubleshooting and training. Payroll Run full Payroll process on a biweekly basis.
