The HR Intern will focus on specific process improvement projects that directly support the 2026 corporate strategy, as well as support the everyday processes of the Org Development and HR functions. Scope of Projects: Project Focus Area – Performance Management: support through the process of launching performance reviews, following-up on review progress, launching goal setting, supporting training, and acting as in-house support for users throughout the process Project Focus Area – ERP Launch Change Management: support the change management efforts for CSI10 (ERP) project roll-out through coordination of communication on our internal social media, and coordinate training from SMEs to supervisors and end users Project Focus Area – Workforce Management Training: support with training users on new timekeeping/clock system Project Focus Area – LMS Training Enhancements – take existing LMS courses that are built of simple work instructions and leverage AI to create interactive training content Project Focus Area – Safety Training – supporting safety training coordination including but not limited to first aid training for leaders Support Responsibilities: Record training progress in the Learning Management System (LMS) Support follow-through of active threat assessment & leader training Support HR team with front desk coverage Support with special events throughout the summer including the intern led Fourth of July Celebration All other duties as assigned
