About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Organizational Effectiveness Lead in driving process improvement and optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will provide administrative and project management support to ensure the successful delivery of projects, enhance employee experience, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with HR service delivery, process design, and technology implementation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an HR or organizational development setting.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SharePoint, workflow automation, and self-service platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Organizational Effectiveness Lead in planning, coordinating, and tracking project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including HR teams, business leaders, and technology teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
  • Develop and distribute project-related materials, such as meeting minutes, agendas, and project updates.
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting project data and metrics.
  • Help develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools to track project progress and performance.
  • Support the Organizational Effectiveness Lead in identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in documenting and mapping current processes and workflows.
  • Help develop and implement new processes and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and files.
