Leading retailer in the agriculture industry is seeking to add an HR/Onboarding Specialist to the team! Will manage administrative duties and case management for onboarding new hires. You will work closely with the internal Payroll Team and Customer Service Teams to facilitate the onboarding process for both temporary and full-time employees, handling 20-40 new hires at any given time. Daily tasks will include utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, with up to 10% of your day spent calling new hires to verify their information.
