About The Position

At Vitality Living, we’re dedicated to creating communities where seniors thrive. Our Summer Internship Program provides college students with hands-on experience across core business functions - People & Culture, Sales & Marketing, and Finance - while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our organization and the people we serve. What You’ll Do Gain real-world experience through rotational assignments in People & Culture, Marketing, and Finance Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams on projects that support departmental initiatives Participate in professional development, weekly check-ins, and mentorship with department leaders Reflect on learning and contributions through weekly summaries or journals Conclude the program with a capstone presentation, sharing insights and recommendations based on your projects and experiences Functional Rotations People & Culture: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, learning, and or engagement initiatives Marketing: Support campaign strategy, content creation, and or process improvement Finance / Accounting: Learn financial operations, reporting, and or budgeting while contributing to real projects What You’ll Gain Practical skills and insights to build your professional foundation Exposure to multiple career paths in a growing, mission-driven organization Opportunities to make meaningful contributions and work alongside experienced professionals Confidence and experience in presenting ideas in a professional setting

Requirements

  • Undergraduate students (Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors)
  • Strong interest in business operations, human resources, marketing, or finance
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
