Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
6 to 10 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people management.
Ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
Experience managing direct reports and fostering team growth.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment with minimal oversight.
Top-notch analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus!

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top-tier talent. Build talent pools, explore diverse sourcing channels, and create market reports to stay ahead of the game.
HR Operations: Oversee daily HR activities, from compliance to policy development, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Employee Relations: Be the go-to for HR inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. Build communication channels that keep everyone connected.
Performance Optimization: Implement systems to optimize performance, coach managers on goal-setting, and foster employee growth through development opportunities.
Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire your direct reports, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
