Provide HR coordination for CTS manufacturing plant in Albuquerque, NM, to ensure the consistent administration of general HR policies and programs including but not limited to, employee relations, benefits, compensation and payroll, recruiting, training, FMLA, leave administration, compliance with governmental regulatory agencies, and miscellaneous recordkeeping requirements. Collaborate with local teams to drive an engaging culture building on continuous improvement, talent, leadership development, and focusing on CTS values.
