Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of policies and procedures in the areas of staffing, employee relations, compensation, and performance management. Acts as a partner with management to find and implement proactive solutions to problems. Develops and recommends Human Resources practices and procedures that assist in the growth of the facility. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
