We are seeking a Temporary Human Resources Manager to step into a key role and support our team during a short-term coverage. Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR management or generalist experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Paylocity highly preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Applicant must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen if an offer of employment is made.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Support high-volume and seasonal hiring needs
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Assist with conflict resolution and communication between staff and leadership
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, communications, and events
  • Gather employee feedback
  • Support performance review processes and evaluations as needed
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance and development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ACA requirements, and company policies
  • Maintain HR records and assist with policy updates
  • Manage HR systems and reporting
  • Oversee workers’ compensation claims and safety documentation
  • Coordinate safety communications
  • Support compensation analysis
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Support system implementations and HR projects
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
