About The Position

The Human Resource Manager is a senior, hands-on HR leader responsible for owning and executing the full HR function across a multi-site, hourly workforce. This role balances strategic leadership with operational execution, ensuring compliance, strong employee relations, effective hiring, and scalable HR systems. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Team, the HR Manager acts as a trusted advisor to leadership while maintaining day-to-day accountability for core HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience; multi-site or hourly workforce environment
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and talent management systems (ADP required), timekeeping platforms (TAA), and recruiting tools.
• Confident communicator with strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• HR and Payroll certifications are preferred (or willingness to pursue).

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and pipeline development
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and risk management
• Own HRIS platform, compliance, and policies
• Support performance management, training, and leadership development
• Manage compensation strategy, pay governance, and payroll data integrity
• Be accountable for HR analytics, metrics, and leadership partnership
• Support mission, culture of stewardship, and positive organizational change
