This role balances tactical excellence with strategic insight, leveraging both technology and human judgment to align local leadership, centralized support, and systems in delivering high-quality employee experiences. You will drive operational excellence through strategic leadership at your site(s), translating priorities into actionable plans while leveraging technology and data to enhance decision-making. Leading a diverse team of HR professionals, you'll balance automation with human insight to drive excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. Success demands operational excellence, leadership presence, and the ability to connect strategic vision to execution. The HR Manager leads and is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health through strategic PXT leadership and effective people management. They strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans through their site’s PXT function. HR Managers execute business goals through hands-on leadership and data-driven decision making, while partnering with business leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and employee experience. You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, ensuring personal connection and hands-on leadership where needed.
