Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role manages the HR team and is responsible for executing HR policies, programs, and processes that support employee engagement, compliance, onboarding, total rewards, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Manager ensures alignment with the company’s HR strategy while providing hands-on support to employees and managers.
