As Employee Relations Manager/Professional you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, excellent and consistent service within the Employee Relations Center to meet the business needs and of GSK employees across multiple locations. The ER Manager is key to the delivery of the ERC service, key strategies and projects by providing end to end case management, ER advice and service support. These responsibilities include some of the following: The job holder will manage with the ERC team, the 5 core Employment relations related HR Processes: Disciplinary, Grievance, Harassment & Bullying, Attendance and Performance by: Providing end to end case management service for Employee Relations cases to support all levels of the organization with: Informal resolution where possible Formal Investigations Terminations Performance Management cases Sharing learnings from significant ER processes, trends and insights with respective business to ensure accountability for remedial action Specialize in Disciplinary and Conduct cases. Train, coach and support line managers to build business-wide ER capability and identify opportunities for proactive ER avoidance and education. To manage assigned cases in line with ER Center timeline targets and defined ways of working. To manage all stakeholders in line with ERC ways of working. Conduct project and continuous improvement work as identified by the ERC team creating project plans, with clear objectives, milestones and dependencies as it relates to ER/IR issues and mitigating risk. Support the ERC delivery of wider Global HR Operations programs. Understands and can champion the One HR agenda. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree or proven HR operations/policy experience. 3+ years of success with a HR environment supporting multiple business units. 3+ year's experience managing Employee Relations cases, coaching and contracting with managers developing options and recommendations for resolution. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Exhibit a specific interest in developing Employment Relation skills and knowledge. Demonstrate ability to apply policy and process correctly, where applicable, evidence of an ability to support, manage and implement initiative/projects . Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise good judgment and initiative in managing risk and finding solution. Exposure to the External Employee Tribunal arena. Large scale and complex transformational change Exposure to issues involved in working in a culturally and geographically diverse business. Exposure to working in a highly complex organization with a matrix structure and with multiple lines of authority leveraging influence within a complex network of stakeholders. Solid experience in multi country change and multi business change. Played a leadership role in driving HR standardization initiatives taking into account the end-to-end process and customer experience. #GSK- Remote Worker The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $81,750 to $136,250. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
