About The Position

The successful candidate will be expected to: Collect and track all new employee packets and check for completeness and accuracy. Follow up with prospective support workers, participants, designative representatives, Brokers, and coordinators on missing or incomplete documents. Ensure that all pre-employment is complete and entered correctly into the system. Update and maintain current worker files within the HRIS and billing database. Effectively process a minimum of 20-25 hiring packets per week, maintaining a hiring average of 30 days. Responsible for completing audit of own caseload to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with all SD requirements. Track and maintain all I-9 related information for the SD program.

Requirements

  • Excellent performance as a HR Liaison for at least two years
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite applications to include updating excel spreadsheets, preparing documents and email communication, OPWDD regulations, EEOC, HIPAA, Human Resources processes, and HR Self-Direction hiring rules, regulations, and processes.
  • Organization, telephone, computer, business, oral and written communications, typing, problem solving, ability to work with a diverse group of individuals, confidentiality, accuracy, strong follow-up, data entry, excellent customer service, and ability to work independently.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
