About The Position

JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary communication link between the plant, corporate teams, and external stakeholders. Facilitate customer and vendor interactions, including visit preparation, presentations, and follow-up actions. Prepare, distribute, and track key communications, updates, and action items related to plant operations and initiatives. Support plant startup, launch readiness, and production ramp-up activities. Coordinate cross-functional meetings, plant reviews, customer visits, and audits. Track open issues, risks, and countermeasures, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Ensure customer requirements, standards, and expectations are clearly communicated to plant teams. Assist with supplier coordination for materials, services, and operational needs. Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries on plant performance, launch milestones, and key initiatives. Maintain organized documentation for communications, compliance, and operational records. Support leadership with scheduling, planning, and coordination of strategic activities. Ensure plant operations comply with Adient policies, procedures, and automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO, and customer-specific requirements). Support corrective actions related to audits, quality issues, or operational gaps. Promote structured problem-solving and clear escalation paths across teams. Qualifications & Skills: 3–5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, operations, project coordination, or plant support roles. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in automotive plant startups, launches, or ramp-up environments. Familiarity with OEM customer interactions and supplier coordination. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving methodologies (8D, A3), and quality systems. Requirements
