About The Position

This HR Leader will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner and provide Project Management leadership for the Safety and Industrial Business Group. The role delivers strong, ongoing HR support to the organization while overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of HR workstreams that impact the business. This leader ensures alignment across business leadership, HR, functional partners, and project teams to enable smooth transitions, effective risk management, and timely delivery of key milestones. The role also provides governance across the business to maintain alignment with operational priorities and drives global end‑to-end execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or Business (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Ten (10) years of experience in HR Operations and/or HR Business Partner in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR project governance impacting the business, including workplans, timelines, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Advise business leaders on risks, workforce continuity, change management, and organizational alignment.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between HR COEs and Business teams.
  • Track progress against milestones and escalate issues to project leadership when needed.
  • Support development of transition strategies, change management plans, and communications.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, documentation, and decision tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Partner with HR leaders to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regional requirements.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning, organizational design, change management and leadership alignment across the business teams
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy, workforce plans, and long‑term talent priorities.
  • Partner with leadership on talent strategy, succession planning, employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline strategies for critical roles.
  • Lead HR strategy and execution for business transformations, operational shifts, or growth initiatives.
