We are APM Terminals Elizabeth, and you will join our People Team as an HR Intern focused on building structure, clarity, and consistency across how roles are defined and supported at the terminal. This internship plays a critical role in strengthening our hiring accuracy, workforce planning, and long‑term talent strategy by creating a centralized, organized repository of job content and interview materials. You will gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle, including recruiting and selection, performance management activities, onboarding, and employee documentation. This role offers hands‑on experience in HR operations, process development, and compliance within a fast-paced operational environment. You will work closely with HR, Operations, Planning, HSSE, and other functional leaders to understand how roles operate on the terminal and how people processes support safe and efficient operations.
