The HR Intern will support the Talent & Learning function, which encompasses talent management, employee development, leadership programs, and training. This role provides exposure to real-world HR practices while contributing to internal communications, content development, and project coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing organization. Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Interest in learning about HR processes, talent development, and internal communications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
  • Creative thinking and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and delivery of internal HR communications (e.g., email, intranet content, digital signage).
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee training sessions and leadership development programs.
  • Help create learning resources such as job aids, presentation materials, or onboarding content.
  • Participate in research and benchmarking related to talent development or HR best practices.
  • Assist with data collection and preparation of reports related to talent and learning initiatives.
  • Provide support for other HR‑related projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
