About the team: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy HR Intern to support the rollout of a new global HR system. This role is a unique blend of HR operations, system testing, and internal communications. You’ll act as an HR Influencer, helping drive adoption of the new system through engaging content, clear documentation, and short-form videos. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in HR, people operations, communications, or employer branding who enjoys creating content and working with digital tools.

Requirements

  • High School (or equivalent work experience)
  • Currently pursuing studies in HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for tone and clarity
  • Creative mindset with interest in storytelling and content creation
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)
  • Basic video creation/editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Camtasia, Adobe, or similar tools)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in HR technology or digital transformation
  • Experience creating internal communications or employer branding content

Responsibilities

  • Assist with testing a new HR system, including user workflows and functionality
  • Log feedback, identify issues, and help validate fixes
  • Support HR team with system-related documentation and training materials
  • Create engaging internal communications to support the HR system launch
  • Help write clear, user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and “how-to” guides
  • Develop short-form content (videos, reels, shorts, posts) to explain features and benefits of the new system
  • Act as a “voice of the user,” helping make HR content relatable and easy to understand
  • Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders on messaging and rollout plans
