POSITION OVERVIEW o Supports Human Resources Department with various administrative programs. o Manage Assigned Human Resources projects. o Filing, documenting, and recording of assigned processes.

Requirements

  • Some related experience preferred
  • Highly motivated to work, learn, and teach.
  • High School Diploma
  • Currently Attending a College or University
  • Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.

Responsibilities

  • Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries
  • Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability
  • Gathers and organizes job applications
  • Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
  • Assists in researching compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws
  • Participates and assists in scheduling company social and networking events
  • Performs ad hoc tasks as required
