Overview This position will provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department focusing on the day-to-day human resouce functions and duties for McCormick Place and Wintrust Arena. Such as hourly payroll, employee relations, leave of absence, worker's compensation and support on Hr initatives. Reporting to the Director of HR the selected candidate will proactively partnet with venue Managers as well as the department managers to create the desired workplace culture and engaged and productive workers. This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00-$33.00 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). This position will remain open until June 12, 2026.
