We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join Milestone One! The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations and ensuring the company’s HR practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business goals. This position is responsible for administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR records, and assisting with performance management and benefits administration. In this role, you will provide end-to-end HR support, from onboarding and benefits administration to employee engagement initiatives.
