This position provides comprehensive operational and administrative support across multiple HR functions, including employee records management, leaves administration, workers’ compensation, compliance monitoring, employee status changes, and employee support services. The HR Generalist is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and employment regulations. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion while working independently within established guidelines.
