We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and help us provide outstanding service to our internal customers — our team members. We are seeking someone with well-rounded HR experience, with particular strength and interest in benefits administration, leave management, and payroll-related processes. While this is a generalist role supporting a variety of HR functions, our ideal candidate is someone who excels in these areas and enjoys owning the accuracy, compliance, and day-to-day support that comes with them. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our HR & Team Member Engagement Department and support team members across all ER2 locations (AZ, CA, FL, IA, TN, and TX — ~170 team members and growing). Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with additional hours as business needs require. Reports to: Chief People Officer Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually (DOE) THE PERFECT FIT You’re someone who Has strong experience in benefits, leave, and payroll processes Enjoys being a go-to resource for team members with questions and support Is highly detail-oriented and values accuracy Can manage multiple processes and timelines at once Is organized, proactive, and follows through consistently Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable balancing administrative work with people interaction Is adaptable and able to shift priorities as needed Seeks feedback and continuously looks for ways to improve
