Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing: Managing job postings, screening, interviewing, checks, and hiring processes. Onboarding & Training: Creating orientation programs, educating new hires on policies, and coordinating development training. Compensation & Benefits: Administering pay, benefits, leave, and wellness programs. Employee Relations: Addressing concerns, mediating disputes, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair treatment. Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and enforcing company policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws. Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and improvement plans. HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and generating official documents (offer letters, etc.).
