Provides operational support to the Human Resources Department and maintains HR documentation, employee data, standard preboarding/offboarding communications, administration, invoice processing, Sensitive Tier 1 HR support, and ad-hoc departmental projects and assignments. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, passionate about the employee experience, and understand employment laws and regulations related to their job duties.
