This role is designed to provide hands-on HR support today to a family-owned, multi-division business with a clear opportunity to grow into an HR Business Partner role over time. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the Director of HR and HR Business Partner to support employees and leaders across multiple McCarthy-Bush companies and locations. This position serves as a trusted HR resource at assigned sites and plays a key role in helping evolve HR from primarily administrative support to a more people-focused, consultative function. This role is ideal for an HR professional who has a strong foundation in HR, enjoys working directly with leaders and employees, and is ready to grow their impact.
