The main purpose of the People & Culture Generalist, U.S. is to collaborate and contribute to People & Culture (PC) activities in their area and ensure consistency and quality of PC services for area leaders and managers. This position is part of the Americas PC Team and reports to the People & Culture Manager in New Berlin.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in human resources, preferably in the manufacturing or a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Recourses or other corresponding major, or equivalent experience
- Two years’ experience in human resources, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry
- Understanding of U.S. laws related to HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Capable of working independently and in teams; self-motivated
- Familiarity with HR software
- Occasional travel may be required (<5%)
