About The Position

Human Resource Generalist Description Reconcile data between HR systems and Excel/budget files Identify discrepancies, validate records, and ensure data integrity across platforms Develop itemized action plans for corrections, updates, and HR data cleanup Manage the job description process with managers Follow up with managers on recruitment stages Support pre‑onboarding and onboarding coordination

Requirements

  • Strong HR systems and Advanced Excel skills
  • Solid understanding of HR data
  • High attention to detail and ability to analyze data with minimal guidance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with managers at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HR data audits, budget files, or headcount planning
  • Prior experience in job description creation or job architecture projects
  • Familiarity with HRSSC environments or shared services models
