About The Position

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an HR Generalist. This individual will provide interim HR coverage during a transition period, ensuring continuity of HR support across teams with minimal oversight. Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and a strong background in employee relations, benefits administration, on/offboarding, and employment regulations and laws.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience, including HRBP or Senior HR Generalist roles
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Hands-on experience with US HR operations, including benefits administration
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to start immediately

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day HR support for managers and employees across functions
  • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance issues, and terminations- as needed
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding end-to-end
  • Support ongoing hiring processes (coordination, offers, decision support)
  • Manage HR operations tasks
  • Act as the main HR point of contact in the region
  • Escalate risks early and able to operate independently
  • Own US benefits administration during the transition, including employee support, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
