Conducts recruitment effort for staffing needs; counseling managers on candidate selection; conduct interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements and onboarding process and training Ensures employee relations results by working with managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and managers Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Federal and State employment laws; advising management and conducting investigations; maintaining records; represent the organization at hearings Works with Director of Organizational Development to maintain fair and competitive pay plans and compensation structure by monitoring individual staff and conducting job analyses; review and analyze market trends; recommending pay structure revisions Updates and maintains HR physical records Coordinate with Corporate HR for resolving HR or Payroll discrepancies; answer questions and requests by employees; preparing reports Recommend updates to policies and procedures Maintain employee confidence and protect HR and Payroll operations by keeping information confidential; provide employees with information about policies, working conditions, wages and benefits Recommend HR and benefits programs to Director of Organizational Development by studying employee requirements, trends and developments Assist with Work Comp and 401k annual audits Administer and implement employee benefits to organization Support employee performance management program and succession planning; make recommendations to Director of Organizational Development Coordinate and lead training efforts for all departments Provide support and advice to leaders in administering company policies and procedures Work with Operations leader to administer safety programs, policies and procedures; periodically review safety rules and standards with employees Perform accident investigations, analyze trends and coordinate corrective actions.
