About The Position

BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING Human Resources Generalist On-site Location: Brewster, NY Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 / year What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters Lead employee relations investigations and support conflict resolution Administer FMLA, leave of absence, Workers’ Compensation, and unemployment documentation Manage time and attendance processes in Paycom, including PTO, punch edits, and manager training Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws Support payroll accuracy through timecard review and weekly manager reminders Monitor and respond to HR inbox and employee documentation in a timely manner Provide bilingual (Spanish) support to employees as needed What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and Microsoft Office Experience administering FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and unemployment claims Excellent communication, investigation, and conflict resolution skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently Bilingual Spanish preferred Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
