Radian Generation is seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive, and people‑focused HR Generalist to support daily HR operations. This role will contribute across the full HR lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, helping ensure a smooth, positive, and engaging employee experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels in both remote and on‑site environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of key HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Paylocity) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with sound judgment.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Customer‑service mindset and a people‑first approach to employee support.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruiting lifecycle: post job openings, review resumes, conduct pre‑screening conversations, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth, timely, and engaging onboarding experience - including paperwork, HRIS setup, orientation coordination, and first‑day readiness.
  • Facilitate the offboarding process, including exit documentation, system access removal, and cross‑department coordination.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives by coordinating events, communications, and culture‑building programs.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, answering questions on HR policies, benefits, time off, and workplace programs, escalating matters appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data in compliance with legal requirements and data privacy regulations.
  • Assist with updates to HR policies, templates, employee guides, and internal documentation.
  • Support employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, and terminations.
  • Provide administrative assistance to payroll and help address payroll-related inquiries.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, life‑event changes, and general benefits questions throughout the year.
  • Support open enrollment activities and ongoing benefits communications.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including review coordination, tracking goals, and organizing professional‑development initiatives.
  • Assist in the delivery of training programs focused on compliance, DEI, and employee development.
  • Stay current on HR trends, employment law changes, and best practices, particularly within the U.S.
  • Recommend opportunities to enhance HR processes, increase efficiency, and improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational development and change management initiatives.
