FREE meals & parking Build your HR skills in a professional hospital setting working with nurses, therapists and behavioral health technicians Your role and responsibilities include: Assist the Director of Human Resources by posting job openings, on-boarding new employees and keeping detailed employee records Recruit and identify qualified candidates for open positions Using HRIS you will screen, interview, onboard and hire new employees, provide HR orientations, process terminations and status changes (full cycle HR)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; but not required.
  • Previous experience working as a HR Generalist, preferabley 2- 3 years
  • Previous experience working as a recruiter, preferably 1-2 years in the healthcare industry
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and a self-starter; ability to work within your experience to complete tasks
  • Experience with HRIS preferred (iCIMS, Lawson, UKG & Workday are currently utilized)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (no exceptions), able to pass a background check and drug screen
