As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting our employees and will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. This position blends traditional HR responsibilities with marketing and creative projects, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and learning new skills. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance Assisting with HR projects, policies, training initiatives, and process improvements Learning and serving as a backup for payroll processing Maintaining employee records and HR systems accurately Assisting with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives Supporting recruiting efforts and employer branding Taking photos and creating basic graphics for internal and external use Assisting with social media content, posting, and engagement Helping support marketing initiatives and special projects as needed HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 1–3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or generalist-type role preferred Strong interest in marketing, social media, design, or content creation Comfortable taking photos, creating graphics, and assisting with branding efforts Desire to learn payroll processes and grow into additional HR responsibilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS or payroll system experience is a plus (Paylocity) WHAT'S NEXT? Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or generalist-type role preferred
  • Strong interest in marketing, social media, design, or content creation
  • Comfortable taking photos, creating graphics, and assisting with branding efforts
  • Desire to learn payroll processes and grow into additional HR responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
