The HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition Focus) is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and hire high-quality talent, while also supporting key Human Resources initiatives related to employee experience, compliance, reporting, and engagement. This role plays a critical part in shaping QVI’s workforce by building strong talent pipelines, supporting onboarding and retention efforts, and contributing to HR programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This position reports to the VP of Human Resources and works in close collaboration with the Sr. HR Generalist, who provides day-to-day partnership and guidance across HR operations, employee relations, and HR programs.
