Reporting to the Sr. Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Generalist, has a focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) and Compensation and is a key contributor to the Human Resources Team. They are energetic, collaborative, nimble, creative, responsive, and a thought partner to the HR team to achieve outstanding results. The Generalist is responsible for recruiting and engaging talented and diverse individuals who will propel Fenway’s mission and vision forward. The Generalist partners closely with hiring managers across the organization to support their staffing needs, exploring creative and innovative ways to fill positions, all while delivering an outstanding experience for every candidate and hiring manager. The Generalist also administers Fenway’s compensation and position classification system, participating in and utilizing salary market surveys to ensure Fenway’s pay remains competitive, equitable, and fair for all employees. They evaluate job positions, determine classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary grade, and maintain Fenway’s job description library. The HR Generalist also assists with special projects and initiatives.
