As an HR Generalist with a focus on talent acquisition, you will be our agency’s primary talent ambassador. You’ll lead the recruiting and onboarding efforts that bring new talent into BR and set them up for long-term success, while also supporting broader HR functions such as benefits, employee engagement, culture initiatives and special projects. You’ll work closely with another HR Generalist and our HR Director to create a seamless, supportive experience from a candidate’s first conversation with us through their career growth at the agency. While your primary focus will be talent acquisition and onboarding, both Generalists are cross-trained to ensure strong coverage and consistent, high-quality HR support across the agency.
