About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist supports the daily operations of the HR department. Responsible for providing knowledgeable, professional and timely service to employees through various platforms. Will partner with clinical and non-clinical leaders to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and payroll to optimize the employee experience. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff, maintaining staffing stability, reducing turnover, and fostering a positive workplace culture focused on quality resident care.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; or equivalent education and work experience
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Has demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
  • Has demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidentiality
  • Has ability to work independently and reliably to deliver goals with a sense of urgency; anticipate deadlines and adjust priorities as needed
  • Is flexible and creative with high level of integrity, initiative and follow through
  • Process-oriented attitude and understanding how to separate and combine tasks into an efficient workflow
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with multi-level staff and internal customers with an approach likely to be seen as appropriate and positive
  • High level of computer skills is necessary
  • Must have excellent attendance and work history.

Nice To Haves
