This HR Generalist II role will independently carry out policies and programs covering employment interviewing, wage and salary administration, personnel administration, training, and benefits administration. The position provides support in functional areas of human resources including recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, organizational development, training, AA/EEO, and special projects. The HR Generalist II will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications, and/or meetings, and prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs. This role will be based on-site at our Bryan Dairy manufacturing facility, working Monday-Friday with an approximate 11am or noon start time to 7pm or 8pm end time, with flexibility needed depending on business obligations.
